Working with key stakeholders, Trisha conducts a needs assessment, provides solutions, and delivers solutions. Her unique and engaging communication styles creates an psychologically safe environment to address training, & development needs in culture (e.g. diversity initiatives), process/policy management, and organizational effectiveness.
