From the player experience to diversity initiatives, registration analysis to team culture, Trisha has the education and experience to advise on best practices and identify appropriate solutions for leagues, competitive sport organizations, and athletic departments, among others. Through Like A Champ, Trisha works with stakeholders to conduct a needs assessment, provide scalable options, and deliver solutions. Her unique and engaging communication styles creates an psychologically safe environment to address training, & development needs in culture (e.g. diversity initiatives), process/policy management, and organizational effectiveness.
